Ford capri Tickford turbo sympathetic restoration

One of only 47 cars left this Tickford turbo came in for a series of panel repaints but it soon became clear due to previous work that no panel had the same shad of diamond white so a respray was in the cards, but once the shell was stripped back to bare metal it was soon apparent that corrosion had taken hold so the capri was stripped and sent off for media blasting .
